My kitchen day




I did our school for vegetarians spinach with pepper sauce
The sauce making steps are


1dl food oil
20g crushead garlic
100g onion cubes
2 food spoon salt
310g pepper slices
200g spinach
3g powdered ginger
2g powdered coriander
9dl water
3 food spoon corn starch
7dl  oat cream
dry herbs mixture


 


Fry onion, garlic and spices in  a saucepan
Add half of the water and add the lenses and boil for  five minutes more peppers and spinach in the end


add the corn stach to the water and the sauce precipitate


add the oat cream stir sauce and serve with pasta
