i made chocolatepudding and chicken salad
     




Chocolatepudding
are made of
   6 portions
50g dark cholate
2dl whipped cream
250g mascarpone  cheese
4 food spoon icing sugar
small piece chili




cut and melt chocolate or water bath whipped the cream
whipped another bowl mascarpone cheese and icing sugar
drain the set mascarpone cheese mix warm cholate blende smoothly


pick up spoonful whipped cream and blende good. blende the rest cream
extrude pudding into the dish mince chili small cubes and serve it pinapple pieces








chicken salad


Fry chicken  400g
iceberg lettuce 600g
coriander as decoration
chili 100g
spiring onion 150g
nachos 3 piecses the persons
pepper mixture top of  the salad
jalohpeno 3 rings the perosons


salad sauce 3dl olive oil and one lime juice
